The charges are at a weekly rate and include rental of the whole apartment, including electricity, heating, building insurance etc.:
High season- May- September- £600 per week.
Low season- October- April- £450 per week.

There are two service charges:
Laundry and cleaning fee in advance of 60 Euros per week. This is paid direct to the managers when they supply the keys, at their offices -for each week used. There is a laundry/cleaning service every week while the apartment is occupied.

A cash deposit of 150 Euros is required as security- to cover any damage, loss or breakage. This must be given to the managers at the start of any rental period. This deposit will be returned - minus any replacement/repair fees at the end of the rental period on return of keys.
